How does the raw pet food come?
Each shipment containing frozen product will come in an insulated box with 5 lbs of dry ice. There is an option to add additional dry ice at checkout.
You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order ships from our warehouse in Hastings, NE. You do not need to be home to claim your package.

One of the differences between Steve’s and other raw meat diets is our meat-to-veggie ratio of 80% to 20%.
