All pups are de-wormed and are given their first shots. As of 2021: we no longer remove dew claws from our BlackFoot litters. All puppies undergo ENS & ESI, and are given socialization, love, mental enrichment and attention during their time with us.
We believe that since we have chosen to bring our puppies into the world, it is our duty to provide the best we can for them. With this understanding in mind, we are now putting our trust in you to provide for their overall well being for the lifetime of the dog.
If at any time in the dog’s life you can no longer care for him/her due to lifestyle changes, financial hardship, or other extenuating circumstances we agree to take back the dog into our care (AKC papers must be furnished and no financial refunds will be given).
The seller shall be granted right of first refusal in any circumstance in which this dog might be sold or re-homed for any reason. Buyer agrees to notify to seller upon making any decision to re-home this dog.
The Buyer's Responsibility: The buyer agrees to have the dog examined by a veterinarian at your expense within 3 days from date of taking possession of the puppy. If the veterinarian does not give the dog a clean bill of health, buyer must notify the seller immediately for a return/replacement puppy. Seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by our veterinarian at our cost. Any condition that is correctable, or deemed as minor will not be covered. No condition which likely would go away / considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely grow out of is covered.
If the dog is then found not to be in good health, Seller will resume possession if this is agreeable to both parties.
Seller does not accept responsibility for contagious disease diagnosed after 48 hours from date of purchase. Your dog has been tested and examined for many conditions to assure his health.
